our history: from electrolux to 2025
2019
We were born. The project started from a concrete need of Electrolux to manage people, skills, and constraints, surpassing Excel.
2020
First seed funding round (~1 million euros). Zucchetti enters the capital by acquiring 25% of the company that develops awm.
2022
awm is recognized for the first time as a Top Vendor in Gartner’s market guide for wfm
2023
Zucchetti acquires the majority (51%) of AWMS, confirming the founders in governance.
2025
Zucchetti exercises the call option and becomes 100% owner of AWMS.
